Ingredients:
Medium Tomato
2 oz. Rain Vodka
1/3 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Teaspoons Tomato Confiture (crushed tomato, sea salt, sugar -- cooked on low flame for a few minutes)
Sea salt rim
Sprinkle of pepper
